The Doom in Wortham Walkthrough
Take the Ferry from the western edge of Tristram to Wortham. As the Ferryman will point out, Wortham is burning and is overrun with Cultists and Dark Summoners who have been stealing or otherwise killing the townsfolk of the small port town. Moving forward, the player will be approached by NPCs begging for assistance and bemoaning the fate of themselves and their family.
Near the end of the path, Maghda will call forth a superunique summoner, Urzel Mordreg to challenge the player, and upon death, he will summon up a pack of champion berserkers.
The Priest will lead you down into the Wortham Chapel Cellar to retrieve the hilt of the sword. The hilt isn't there but Maghda is and tells you she has all three parts of the swords and has captured Deckard Cain and Leah.
Use the Waypoint at the back of the cellar to hotfoot it back to Tristram. Head into Cain's House. A cutscene will play
