The Priest will lead you down into the cellar of Wortham Chapel to retrieve the hilt of the sword.  The hilt isn't there but Maghda is and tells you she has has all three parts of the swords and has captured [[Deckard Cain]] and [[Leah]].

Use the [[Waypoint]] at the back of the cellar to hotfoot it back to [[Tristram]].  You'll get another [[Checkpoint]] once there.  Head into [[Cain's House]].  A cutscene will play and then another Checkpoint to end the quest.

The Doom in Wortham Walkthrough

The coveted blade.

Take the Ferry from the western edge of Tristram to Wortham. A Checkpoint will initiate as soon as the area has loaded. As the Ferryman will point out, Wortham is burning and is flocked with Cultists and Dark Summoners who have been stealing or otherwise killing the townsfolk of the small port town. Moving forward, the player will be approached by NPCs begging for assistance and bemoaning the fate of themselves and their family.

Near the end of the path, Maghda will call forth a superunique summoner to challenge the player, and upon death, will summon up a pack of champion berserkers. A checkpoint will appear at this point.
