The Priest's Contemplations can be found in a satchel which appears in a single spot in Wortham. You do not require to be on any particular quest to find the satchel but it's likely you will be on the The Doom in Wortham.
As there is a Checkpoint as you arrive on the ferry from Tristram you can collect Part 1, leave the game and Resume Game to return at the checkpoint with Part 2 appearing in the satchel this time.
Only one of your characters needs to find the journal for you to be credited with it.
To find out which journals you have found so far go to your Achievements list (press Y) and check:
