This book is located in the Weeping Hollow. It drops from a tree with three dead bodies hanging from it. This location first becomes available during the quest A Shattered Crown, after assisting Haedrig the blacksmith. The tree can spawn in random spots on the map, but has been located close-by and northwest of the entrance to the Weeping Hollow from entrance to New Tristram. It can also spawn northeast of the exit, a bit further away.
