==Shi Mizu's Haori properties== This item has an interesting [[Categorylegendary affix]], boosting a character to 100% Critical Hit Chance when below a quarter of their hit points. The armor also has inherent bonuses to Vitality and Life%, which seems a contradiction but of course if a character has a huge amount of hit points, they'll still have a decent amount when under 25%. A skillful player can intentionally stay below the hit points threshold and deal huge damage with the 100% CHC, but it's hard to manage. Both staying that low without dying, and staying that low at all, as often as Health Globes are dropped. And shared in parties, so if anyone else picks them up the Shi Mizu's Haori wearer would heal, like it or not.
