[[Blitzbolter]] is a crafted [[legendary hand crossbow]] that can only be created in Reaper of Souls. This After Patch 2.0.6 this item no longer requires a [[Wooden Stake]], one of the or any other [[legendary materialsmaterial]] for each one craftedto craft.
To create this item, find the [[Plan: Blitzbolter]], which can be randomly dropped randomly by any level 70 target, and teach the plan to the [[Blacksmith]]. Once learned by the smith, any character on your account can make as many of these as you can afford to create, though only the Demon Hunter can equip it.

The required legendary material, [[Wooden Stake] is dropped only by [[Skeleton Archer]]s. These are found most often in the Act One cathedral, but can be seen in parts of the Act Three Keep as well. They are not easy to farm, as they seldom appear as bounty targets, but are not uncommon in the Act One Cathedral areas as non-bounty random spawns.
