This hand crossbow has no special modifiers and only a randomly set of affixes. It can roll with higher numbers than rare weapons, so may be useful for a Demon Hunter just getting into the [[end game]] but the goal should be to find a legendary bow or crossbow with a [[legendary affix]] that will out perform this weapon.
