Nephalem Valor is a new system introduced in Diablo III. It is intended among other systems to make sure that the end game is fun and exciting , and also that the game is balanced so a 3-minute run of the same area won't be the most efficient way to acquire loot.
Nephalem Valor is one of the major new systems in Diablo III and it kicks in at level 60. It is still in testing and ==Mechanics==Blizzard is still working out the details. Here’s how it currently works internallyFile: Rare and Champion packs already have great loot on themNv_tooltip. By killing a Rare or Champion pack, not only do you get their loot, but you’ll also receive a buff granting you increased magic find and gold find. However, if you change a skill, skill rune, passive, or leave the game, jpg|thumb|left|275px|Tooltip for the NV buff disappears. As an extra reward, if you kill a boss while this buff is active, you’ll receive extra loot drops from that boss. ]]
The exact amount of magic find and gold find provided by the buff is still being reviewed, as Nephalem Valor (NV) is the amount one of extra loot you get from a boss while the buff is active. Blizzard is also playing around with whether or not the buff stacks, what the duration should be, major new systems in Diablo III and whether or not it should persist through deathkicks in automatically at level 60. The buff should character being played must be strong enough level 60 in order to make staying in your current game more rewarding than creating a new game. At the same time, if benefit from the buff . It is too strong, it risks making shorter play sessions feel not worthwhilean account-wide system like the Blacksmith or the stash.
This system is expected to encourage players to stick with a skill build of their choiceOnce the player reaches level 60, select and kill an area elite monster pack, they are granted one "stack" of the game they enjoy, and sweep it for rare and champion packs on their way buff. The buff stacks up to a boss, finishing off a run with a boss that’ll be worth killingfive times. If you wanted a shorter play session you could be done at that pointEach stack lasts thirty minutes, but and the buff is removed if you have more timethe player leaves the game (or is disconnected), changes skills, or changes acts. Killing an elite pack will refresh the path of least resistance would ideally be to stay in time on the same game buff, and make your way towards add a number to the next bossstack if it isn't at maximum.
New:It seems the The buff can stack itself increases Gold Find and Magic Find by up to 5 times 75% (at least on Hell difficultyfifteen percent per stack) while gaining 15% magic find and gold drop for each stack. The buff lasts 30 minutes and the timer However, that is reset whenever you kill a new minor bonus compared to what the player gets upon killing other elite stackenemies: more loot. You do not lose the buff if you die

When the player is at a full stack, (or in other words five stacks of NV), they will receive more Magic and Rare items from other elites. There are exceptions to this, however.
NV stacks are only awarded by rare or champion packs of elite monsters, whose names appear in blue or yellow. When killed, they will drop loot and also award one thirty-minute stack of NV, or else they will refresh the time on the stack. The player will then receive more loot from other champions and rares that they kill, and some Superuniques (who are always quest-related bosses). Superunique monsters, whose name appears in purple, do not drop more items per the Nephalem Valor buff, although their drops are affected by the gold and magic find that comes with the buff.

At a full stack, a boss monster is mostly guaranteed to drop two rare items and on average six magical items, in addition to the customary gold drops (which is increased in quantity via NV's gold find boost).
