The required legendary material, [[Element of Celerity]] is dropped by Unique (purple) [[scavenger]]s. These are not very dangerous enemies and several of them are fairly regular spawners. Burrow Bile is probably the most common, appearing as the end boss of the [[Forlorn Farm]] event which can be found about every other game in the Fields of Misery.
