An This rune effect increases the life leech from 20% to 30% for the 3 second duration of this effect.  Even with this much healing, the long term utility of this skill is open to doubt. A level 60 Demon Hunter with good equipment should be dealing DPS in the tens of thousands, and 30% of say, 20,000, is 6000 healing per second. That seems like a a huge amount of healing; 18,000 or so during the 3 seconds of Blood Moon.
