When cast, this [[skill ]] creates a large rune on the ground where the Monk is standing, with a small, [[Slow Time]]-like bubble shield surrounding the character. It seems to be impermeable to the movement of [[melee]] attackers, however it does not protect against long-ranged melee attacks. (A [[Fallen Overseer]] has enough range to hit the character standing in the middle, while regular [[Fallen]] cannot.)
