The Abandoned Servant House is a house that can spawn in the Southern Highlands. It can spawn closed up or open. If it's open Arghus the Collector will be in there and can sell you weapons, armor, dye and he can repair items too.

There are no monsters or chests in here.

When searching for the Abandoned Servant House take the Highland Crossing warp point and cross the bridge. The House will always spawn on the right side of the road. It will alternate between spawning of Revenge of Gharbad event, a dungeon, and Khazra encampment.
