Wortham is a fishing village in Khanduras close in size to Tristram, located not far away from the infamous village and close to the Festering Woods.

Background

Concept art of a fishing town, quite possibly Wortham.
Pablo DeSoto, a villager of Wortham, or just another traveller?
Gnarled Walker. The thing that plagues Wortham citizens.

Not much is currently known about Wortham. It's located not too far away from Tristram, but does not share the lush fields and picturesque rivers in its surrounding wilderness.[1]

Instead, the air seems to take on an otherworldly foreboding as one approaches Wortham.

The Festering Woods are connected to Wortham through a wooden bridge, that recently has been completely destroyed and burned beyond repair. This is likely the work of the villagers themselves, cutting off the lovely named Festering Woods from their lives due to the fact it's full of Gnarled Walkers.

When traveller and writer Abd al-Hazir visited Wortham to get a first hand glimpse of these walking trees, he among others found Pablo DeSoto and his daughter Leah there as well. It's very possible this is their home, or perhaps they were also just passing by.

Talsande Speculation

Seeing as there is a named river close to Tristram, and that Wortham is not far away, it's very possible this is one of the little villages that sprung up around the Horadric monastery some hundred years back, and are fishing from the river Talsande.

Diablo III

It's hard to know if Wortham will be a level featured in Diablo III or not, but since it's so closely linked with the Festering Woods, and the known monster Gnarled Walkers, it does indeed seem quite likely.

If it in that case will be a proper town or another set of ruins like Tristram is yet to be seen.

From datamined soundfiles it seems that the ferry in New Tristram will transport the player to Wortham, which is a fishing village containing a chapel.
