Cluster Arrow is a Hatred Spending Demon Hunter skill unlocked at Level 27.

A Golden Rune placed in it will have the following effect on the Demon Hunter's attack.

Instead of releasing grenades, the cluster releases Shadow energy that deals 220% weapon damage to nearby enemies. You will gain 51% of the damage done as Life.
