Alcarnus Cellar

The Alcarnus Cellar will always appear in Alcarnus which sits at the east of the Road to Alcarnus is the deserts of Act II.


Although there are no quests or events in this cellar there are prisoners in cages which you can free as part of the bonus challenge during the City of Blood quest. For your troubles you will earn the Hero of Alcarnus achievement, as detailed below.
