Brakan, Vizier of the Coven, is a Superunique Dark Cultist that is found at the end of The Apothecary's Brother event and bounty in the Highlands Cave, in Leoric's Hunting Grounds in Act I.
He has the possibility of dropping the Legendary Material Cultist Blood needed to craft the Blood-Magic Edge Dagger. He features as a target in The Apothecary's Brother Bounty.
He has the Desecrator Boss Modifier but he can also summon more Dark Cultists.
