The Chamber of Suffering is nearly the lowest dungeon of the Halls of Agony and is the site of the final showdown of Act I where you face the infamous Butcher. It's a very small level but the floor is made up entirely of grates which periodically release fire. There are always two Healing Wells which replenish.

Checkpoints

Checkpoints are respawn points. Players who die appear back at the last checkpoint they reached. Players can also leave the game and resume at the last checkpoint at a later date. In effect they are a 'save game' feature. The following Checkpoints appear in Chamber of Suffering

• After killing the Butcher and approaching the Cells of the Condemned
