Sotnob the Fool, "Leoric's Royal Jester" is a superunique Skeletal Summoner who can appear on level 2 of the Halls of Agony below Leoric's Manor in Act I.

Sotnob is the target of the bounty Kill Sotnob the Fool.

Sotnob has Frozen and Frozen Pulse as well as Wormhole to pull you back into the field of danger.
