The Arreat Crater Flyer is believed to be also known as the Demonic Hellflyer. It is believe to appear in Act 3 of Diablo as an aerial divebomber. The Demonic Hellflyer has a shape that appears to be a cross between a megademon and a bat . Its arms are used for wings and its horns are  large and curved like a water buffalo.
