The Swampy Cellar appears in the Dahlgur Oasis in Act II. It's a very small dungeon with the same configuration as the Old Fisherman's Cellar, also in the Oasis.
It does not form part of any quest or event however it's necessary to visit in order to earn the Nooks and Crannies achievement.
There is a regular chest in here also.
Access to Levels
Common Monsters found in Swampy Cellar
Waypoint
Waypoints are special plates on the ground that form a network of jump points allowing players to instantly teleport between them. The nearest waypoint for Swampy Cellar appears in the Path to the Oasis at the very bottom of the Dahlgur Oasis.
The waypoint in the Dahlgur Oasis can often be up the top of the map and this cellar appears in the lower half.
