Where: Highlands Passage Act I

Trigger: Speak with Kyr the Weaponsmith

Mob Details: Dark Cultist, Dark Summoner, Dark Berserker, Dargon (a traitorous cur), Deranged Cultist

Completion Details: Help Kyr the Weaponsmith dispose of Dargon and his dark master.

Upon exiting the first leg of the Halls of Agony, the player may come across Kyr with a quest exclamation mark over his head. Speak with him to begin his event. Kyr is looking to dispose of Dargon (a traitorous cur), to restore his reputation as an honorable weaponsmith. Thus begins the slapfest that is the war between two merchants.

The Highlands Passage is always wrought with danger, but that danger is usually from Khazra. During this event, the passage will be littered with many Dark Cultists and Berserkers. Once the player reaches the end of the bridge, Dargon, the traitorous cur, will flee to his dark master. At this time, three champion berserkers will spawn and it is best to deal with them before Dargon, the traitorous cur, because Dargon poses no threat.

The player may kite the berserkers across the bridge, if necessary, which helps to avoid getting hit with three power shots at once (which are telegraphed by the sound of a blade leaving a sheath). Once they are dead, and Dargon (the traitorous cur) is gone, Kyr will sell to the player.

Kyr is part of a vendor-based Achievement Market Research.

This event was first seen shortly after the Demon Hunter was revealed as a playable class at BlizzCon 2010.
