Given that {{Baal's_Minion Baal's Minion}} was a monster type found in Baal's Throneroom in Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, it doesn't seem unreasonable to ask, "Who is [[Lanzuul]]?"  That's not the name of any known demon or figure from Diablo [[lore]], and would thus seem to be a new character/monster/demon/enemy created for Diablo III.

Lanzuul's Minion is a monster seen in a concept art painting displayed at the Blizzard Museum at Blizzcon 2010. It has not been seen in the game or in any other media, and nothing more is known about it.

Given that Baal's Minion was a monster type found in Baal's Throneroom in Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, it doesn't seem unreasonable to ask, "Who is Lanzuul?" That's not the name of any known demon or figure from Diablo lore, and would thus seem to be a new character/monster/demon/enemy created for Diablo III.
