Vampirific is a boss modifier in Diablo III. It appears to be a slightly altered version of the steals life modifier from Diablo II.

In function, this is a simple modifier. The boss monster imbued with vampirific will heal itself upon successful attack. Melee players and classes with pets will be at an automatic disadvantage when facing off against a vampiric boss, especially when coupled with another nasty modifier such as teleporting or Cold Aura.
