This page provides information on Lair of the Lacuni[e] event.
Where: Howling Plateau Act II
Trigger: Enter the Abandoned Mineworks
Mob Details: Lacuni Huntress, Ghas the Shadowclaw (Superunique)
Completion Details: Rescue the stranded Iron Wolves.
Once enough lacuni have been killed, the event updates to have the player return to the Iron Wolf captain, who is near the entrance of the cave on the bottom level. After speaking with him, the true danger emerges from the solid ground, a superunique Lacuni warrior named Ghas. He will be accompanied by a very large amount of lacuni huntresses as well, and Ghas himself is a melee damage dealer. Ghas has the Fast boss modifier and hits much harder than his normal counterparts. Once Ghas is dispatched, the event is complete.
Farming the Spawn: The quickest route to this event is to take The Road to Alcarnus quest in your Quest Selection Screen. This will spawn you in the Sundered Canyon and with a 30 second walk north you will find yourself in the Howling Plateau.
