Keywardens are unique bosses who hold keys needed to create the Infernal Machine. There are three, one in the first three acts. Players must play in Inferno and have five stacks of Nephalem Valor active for the keys to drop. To guarantee a dropped key Monster Power should be set to 10.
Without Monster Power all three's innate chance of dropping a key is equal.
