Sword of the Stranger is an Act I quest in Diablo III.

Sword of the Stranger Walkthrough
Take the Waypoint from Tristram to the Cemetery of the Forsaken. Head west through the gates into the Fields of Misery. You'll get a Checkpoint at the end of the bridge.
Locate the entrance way to Khazra Den. It's a tunnel into the ground which usually appears on the left side of the road.
Within the Den you will find a group of cultists performing a ritual around a glowing sword shard. Kill them. Maghda will appear and summon some more Cultists, kill them and she will disappear promising that you will not find the remaining parts of the sword. Urik the Seer can sometimes appear.
Take the sword shard to Deckard Cain.
