Dodge chance is a new character property in Diablo III. It's something all characters have inherently, like resistances, defense, critical hit, Attack Rating, etc. Dodge chance can be boosted with stats, equipment, traits, and skills.



Dodging Skills

A few character skills mention improved Dodge Chance, though these are all subject to change as game development continues.

Wrath of the Berserker

  • Description: The Barbarian enters a heightened sense of fury, raising several stats (Critical Hit, Attack Speed, Dodge Chance, Movement Speed) for X seconds. Monsters with damage immunities will take X% less damage from the Barbarian's attacks rather than being immune.


Dodging Traits

A few character traits mention improved Dodge Chance, though these are subject to change as game development continues.

Sixth Sense

  • Increases the Monk's chance to dodge attacks of all types.

Telekinesis

  • Improves the Wizard's chance to dodge projectiles.
