Walking Corpses are a type of shambling undead. They are a bit larger and thicker than the zombies, and presumably deal and absorb slightly more damage. Their real talent is a bizarre sort of half life, since sometimes when they are killed they do not die. Instead they break in half, and while the legs fall uselessly to the ground and decay, the upper body becomes a Crawling Torso which drags itself after the player, still intent on battle.

It was only a flesh wound, after all.
