==Band of Untold Secrets properties==
This item does not have a [[legendary affix]], but starting in version 2.1 it was updated to have [[:Category:Extra Primary Affix|5 primary affixes]]. Movement speed is still one of the default primary affixes. Movement speed can be useful to new characters, but players with sufficient Paragon levels can always gain more by [[enchanting]] that to a good primary affix and then making up the movement speed with Paragon Points.
* All stats listed in the database scale up to the level of this item when dropped.
