This item does not have a [[legendary affix]], but the inherent bonus to damage done via physical skills makes it a potentially very powerful item for some builds; chiefly Witch Doctors, Barbarians, Crusaders, and Monks as those classes have the most physical skills. Wizards have ~~virtually~~ none.
