[[Eye of Etlich]] is a [[legendary amulet]] that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be found and equipped by any class.
The [[Smart Drop]] system ensures that this xx amulet will usually roll with the [[mainstat]] appropriate to the class that finds it. Amulets can roll with up to 10% [[ChC]] and 100% [[ChD]], as well as up to 20% [[Elemental Damage]] so big offensive stats are all but mandatory for end game amulet options.
