This item typecan only be equipped by the [[Witch Doctor]], and will only very rarely drop for any other class. The Smart Drop system ensures that voodoo masks will usually roll with [[Intelligence]], or at least never roll with [[Strength]] or [[Dexterity]]. Any bonus skill damage will be tuned to Witch Doctor skills as well.  ==Split Tusk properties== This item does not have a [[legendary affix]] and with only one inherent primary affix, (but the unusual two inherent secondary bonuses) it's very much a "singleglorified Rare">as the expression goes.
