Each item in this crafted set is completely random each time it is created, with all 6 modifiers (4 primary and 2 secondary) chosen at random. The [[Smart Loot]] system seems to be set to 100% on crafting set items, with the [[mainstat]] and [[skill bonuses]] always tuned to the class of the character who crafts the item. The main attraction to creating items from this and from the other level 70 sets is to obtain the partial set bonuses on top of the legendary quality item rolls. Most players mix and match multiple sets to stack up the best possible bonuses spread across all of their equipment.
