[[Arcane Barb]] is a crafted [[legendary crossbow]] that can only be created in Reaper of Souls. This After Patch 2.0.6 this item no longer requires an the [[Eternal Power Capsule]], one of the or any other [[legendary materials]] for each crossbow craftedto craft.
To create this item, find the [[Plan: Arcane Barb]], which can be randomly dropped randomly by any level 70 target, and teach the plan to the [[Blacksmith]]. Once learned by the smith, any character on your account can make as many of these as you can afford to create, though only the Witch Doctor can equip it.

No events, quests, or bounties will ever pinpoint the sources, and thus this is one of the hardest legendary materials to farm.
