The [[Smart Drop]] system ensures that this belt will usually roll with the [[mainstat]] appropriate to the class that finds it. Belts can roll with +skill bonuses as well, and these will also usually get Smart Loot'ed to appropriate skills for your class.

The belt has an inherent bonus to [[mainstat]], plus a very powerful [[legendary affix]] which creates a huge blast of damage to enemies near your character every time you grab a health orb. This is extremely useful on melee characters, but can be good for ranged attackers to, with the considerable 20y radius of effect.
