[[Rozpedin's Force]] is a crafted [[legendary Daibo]] that can only be created in Reaper of Souls. This item requires a [[White Oak Splinter]], one of the [[legendary materials]].
To create this item, find the [[Plan: Rozpedin's Force]], which can be randomly dropped randomly by any level 70 target, and teach the plan to the [[Blacksmith]]. Once learned by the smith, any character on your account can make as many of these as you can afford to create, though only the Witch Doctor Monk can equip it.(And he's unlikely to want to do so.)
