Inna's Temperance is the pants and the most popular item in the set thanks to two sockets, plus the IAS and Faster Movement bonuses. These are the most popular pants in the game for Monks and Demon Hunters, and other classes often use them as well, even though the inherent 90-100 dexterity bonus does little for other classes.

Inna's Temperance

The Inna's Grandeur item set:
* Inna's Reach, Diabo (two-handed staff), Monk only. {db)
* Inna's Radiance, Spirit Stone (helm), Monk only {db)
* Inna's Vast Expanse, Chest Armor. {db)
* Inna's Favor, Belt. {db)
* Inna's Temperance, Pants. {db)
Partial Set Bonuses
* ( 2 ) Set:
** +130 Dexterity
* ( 3 ) Set:
** Increases Spirit Regeneration by 0.33 per Second
* ( 4 ) Set:
** Gain 10.0 Life per Spirit Spent
** Reduces resource cost of Sweeping Wind by 70 Spirit.
The three-item bonus is uselessly low, and fans sometimes speculate that it's a bug or typo, and was meant to be +33% to total Spirit Regen, to function much like The Guardian's Path (db) passive skill. As it is, the partial set bonus is just +.33 Spirit per second, which works out to 1 spirit per 3 seconds, an amount too small to have any real impact during gameplay.

Legacy Version
Legendary items (including Item Sets) found prior to Patch 1.0.4's big item buff are called legacy items. These generally have much lower stats and bonuses than current versions of those same items. Legacy and current sets do not generate partial set bonuses when equipped together, and legacy set items have different names so players can keep them straight.
The legacy version of this set was called Inna's Majesty and contained the following items:
* Inna's Glory (Pants) (db)
* Inna's Blessing (Belt) (db)
* Inna's Justice (Daibo) (db)
* Inna's Refuge (Chest Armor) (db)
* Inna's Splendor (Spirit Stone) (db)
