* 1.10 Attacks per Second
* +4 Random Magic Properties

==Crafting==
Once a player finds the randomly-dropped recipe, [[Plan: Cinder Switch]], and teaches it to the Blacksmith, the item can be created by any character on that account.
Crafting Costs:
* 66,960 Gold
* 43 [[Arcane Dust]]
* 30 [[Veiled Crystal]]
* 2 [[Forgotten Soul]]
* 1 [[Living Flame]]
Salvages into:
* 1 Forgotten Soul
==Legendary Material==
The required legendary material, [[Living Flame]] is difficult to obtain without any sources that can be found reliably. Players should farm the Silver Spire level 2 in Act 4 and hope to encounter one of the unique Morlu Casters.
* Morlu Casters. (The Meteor-dropping type.)
