The '''[[Angiris Council ]]''' is composed of five Archangels[[Archangel]]s. The Angiris Council is the ruling government of the [[High Heavens Heaven]]s and its [[Heavenly Host ]] of [[Angels]]. Ever vigilant, and ready to do what must be done in the [[Eternal Conflict]] against the [[Burning Hells]]. In extraordinary cases, the Angirls Council will call for a vote of each of its five members to reach a consensus.<br><br>  At the end of the [[Sin War]], Archangel [[Imperius]] declared vote to destroy [[Sanctuary]]. Archangel [[Malthael]] abstained. Archangel [[Auriel]], Archangel [[Itherael]] and Archangel [[Tyrael]] voted in favor of Sanctuary's survival.
