The Vial of Putridness is a [[demonic organ]] found only in Reaper of Souls. It can be dropped by Uber [[Rakanoth]] or [[Ghom]] in the [[Realm of GluttonyChaos]] and is one of four materials required to craft a [[Hellfire Ring]].
