The Consecrated Shrine is one of the new class of Super Shrines added in [[Reaper of Souls]]. This [[shrine provides a 30 second buff that raises a character ]] reduces all [[cooldowns]] to their maximum run speedzero seconds for thirty seconds. How much As many of a bonus this provides depends on the charactergame's equipment and most powerful [[skills]] are limited in use by their lengthy cooldowns, but it is generally this can be a much larger boost than that provided by huge bonus, depending on a Fleeting Shrinecharacter's build.

The Speed Consecrated Shrine was first seen in the RoS demo at Blizzcon 2013 and was detailed in an report on Diablo.IncGamers.com[http://diablo.incgamers.com/blog/comments/reaper-of-souls-super-shrines-blizzcon-2013-hands-on-guide]:
::The Consecrated Shrine removed all [[Cooldowns]] for 30 seconds. I got it in a game with a Crusader using the Tempest Horse skill (properly known as [[Steed Charge]]), and promptly broke into the Fiery Gallop effect until my resource was dry. (Which didn’t take long at lvl 33.)
