They can be found in Nightmare difficulty. There have been reports of them dropping in normal but it's incredibly rare. They do not drop on Hell or Inferno difficulties, as [[Tome of Blacksmithing]] drop in Hell and [[Tome of Secrets]] are found in Inferno.
They can be bought on the [[Auction House]] also. They can not be bought from any vendor in the game.
