Changes

Leave the [[Khasim Outpost]] and head down into the east [[Stinging Winds]]. Work your way to the south of that to find the exit from the area onto the [[Road to Alcarnus]].

As you reach the entrance into [[Alcarnus]] you'll run into the superunique [[Dark Berserker]], [[Shatterbone]]. Although he's accompanied by some [[Crazed Cultist]]s and [[Hellion]] he should not be difficult to dispense with.

The [[Road to Alcarnus]] is a very small area with no dungeons but it has a [[Waypoint]] and also another of [[Cain's Lost Satchel]] so if you are doing any of the Lore achievements, you'll pick up a book in that.

As you cross the small bridge into [[Alcarnus]] you will receive a bonus quest to release eight prisoners from cages that you can find dotted around Alcarnus and its dungeons. For your troubles you will be rewarded with XP and gold.
