Well of Souls is a rune effect in [[Spirit Barrage]], a Spirit Realm [[Witch Doctor skill]].
This rune effect creates an additional 3 spirits which seek out targets for 30% weapon , dealing physical damage. The additional spirits originate from the Witch Doctor in the following few seconds after the intial Spirit Barrage was cast. This effect stacks and is capable of producing many small spirits if the spell is cast quickly. The additional spirits will choose a target at random, only hitting the main target if it is the only target in range.
