This book '''The Hanging Tree''' is located in [[The Weeping Hollow]]. It drops from a skeleton located at a tree with three dead bodies hanging from it. This location first becomes available during the quest A Shattered Crown, after assisting [[Haedrig]] the blacksmith kill his recently turned wife. The tree can spawn at random spots on the map, but has been located close-by and northwest of the entrance to The Weeping Hollow from New Tristram. It can also spawn northeast of the entanceentrance, a bit further away.
