This rune effect can wreak havoc when used technically. It causes the bleeding effect to spread to all enemies within 10 yards of the afflicted monster, if one dies while bleeding from Revenge. Essentially an entire large group of enemies can be set to bleeding indefinitely, as long as the Barbarian keeps killing another one every three seconds. Pairing this with a skill like Frenzy, that deals very high damage to a single target, can be quite impressive.
