This rune effect adds "reverberations" which increase the damage slightly. These reverberations resemble small force waves that float stationary in space. They have a very short duration that is only of use against the initial target; they can not spread far enough or last long enough to hit any other enemies.
The reverberations count as additional hits and can trigger [[procs]], though this skill rune is not a very effective means to generate them.
