Fallen were officially confirmed in May 2009, when Blizzard debuted their bestiary page. It contained information on five types of Fallen found in Diablo III, along with screenshots and some concept art.
* [[Fallen Imp]]s -- Small cowardly footsoldiersfoot soldiers* [[Fallen LunaticHound]]s-- Large dog-like melee fighters.* [[Fallen HoundOverseer]]s-- Tall, polearm-wielding fighters who can enrage Imps.* [[Fallen Shaman|Fallen Shamen]]-- Casters with dangerous fireball attacks who can summon new Fallen.* [[Fallen OverseerLunatic]]s-- Small suicidal demons filled with explosive gas.
These are not seen in Diablo III, and fan expectations of a [[Fallen Queen]] were not fulfilled.
