Mass Hallucination is a rune effect in [[Mass Confusion]], a Spirit Realm [[Witch Doctor skill]].
This rune effect adds additional damage to temporarily summons a large, ethereal copy of the skillWitch Doctor, creating a giant who will walk towards and trample enemies. Each second the spirit that rampages through the enemiesis in contact with an enemy, dealing it will do 22% weapon damage to all it impacts. As This effect has a single Witch Doctor attack spell will deal a lot more than 22% weapon damagechance to trigger on-hit effects from equipment such as fear, stun, and freeze with each tick of the other effects that cause more monsters to be incapacitated by the skill effect are generally considered more valuabledamage-over-time.
