An This rune effect is yet another in this skill that provides a special bonus for landing [[Alabaster critical hits]]. This one adds a powerful AoE effect, causing an explosion of blood with every critical hit, a splash of gore that deals 20% of the damage done to all other nearby enemies. A Barbarian of at least level 54 will tend to deal thousands of points of damage with every hit, so this is a considerable amount of bonus damage.
